Represented General Counsel in unfair labor practice trials representing unions, management, and individuals.  Hearing officer in representation proceedings.  Conducted elections and unfair labor practice investigations and trials.  Responsible for extensive investigations and proceedings involving healthcare, transportation, newspaper, construction, retail, supermarket, and coal mining industries.

1989-1993

Practiced primarily in federal district, appellate, and bankruptcy courts in actions including enforcement, Section 301 litigation, subpoena quashing and enforcement, Freedom of Information and Equal Access to Justice proceedings.  Argued before the 2nd and 6th Circuit, and other federal courts.  Successfully argued Greyhound Bus bankruptcy proceeding.
